Marion runs an interior design firm in Paris, so no wonder her apartment is stunning!
About the Parisian home of Florence: "From her top floor, typical Parisian apartment situated at the foot of Montmartre, she can nearly touch the clouds. Because what she loves is when the sunlight breaks through the walls and explodes in your face to magnify the white. Florence loves this immaculate white and she has it everywhere, from the old ceramics in her kitchen, to the linen sheets in her bedroom and the teepee she has built in her lounge for her children. She cares for her interior with a passion and it makes you want to do likewise."
I adore the "sneak peek" series at Design*Sponge... and as an apartment dweller, I perked up when I saw this "best of studio apartments" post! I'm in a one bedroom apartment at the moment but would love to someday downsize to a studio apartment! These photos will go directly to my inspiration file!

PS: Annie has a blog if you're interested. I love her post on "home" where she talks about why she likes to be at home, her fondness for pretty things, and collects vintage items to fit into her decor at home.
Celine of Les Bulles de MiluDCCia has a home that wowed me with its artful simplicity + industrial chicness. What fun to be introduced to a new-to-me blog by Si (of French by Design) as she and Celine participated in a virtual house swap.

So here's the thing. I'm going to show you some photos of a beautiful house...but you've got to visit The Marion House Book for the detailed house tour by the homeowners, Abigail and John, and the remainder of the photos. Emma (of the marion house book) is right...this is a house just like one you'd see in Living, etc (which happens to be my favorite magazine!).
